OrecX announces release of breakthrough Open Source Call Recording Software
Chicago - OrecX, today, announced the release of a breakthrough open source call recording system designed for small-to-midsized contact centers and businesses.
OrecX's software is available for traditional dial tone and is VoIP ready.
The pricing model encourages free pilots to test the software and low initial and ongoing investment by billing monthly for annual subscription services.
“We believe customers deserve an inexpensive way to record phone lines, for whatever reason they desire.” states Bruce Kaskey, VP of Marketing & Customer Support for OrecX.
“We plan to bridge that price/performance gap by providing this market with world class software and services that meets the SMB market needs at a fraction of the cost of traditional providers. In the end, the customer is the big winner.”
OrecX can be viewed and downloaded from its website www.oreka.org
About OrecX OrecX is the primary developer and sponsor of the open source call recording initiative managed by Oreka at the oreka.org website and through the project posted on sourceforge.net.
